Eine Mangelernährung ist bei HIV-Patienten heutzutage selten. Dennoch gilt es, bei diesen Patienten auf die Ernährungssituation achten, zum einen weil die antiretrovirale Therapie selbst dies erfordert, zum anderen um Nebenwirkungen zu reduzieren.
