Das genitale Pyoderma gangraenosum ist zwar selten, Sie sollten es aber in Betracht ziehen können. Denn wird es mit einer Wundheilungsstörung, Fistel oder Infektion verwechselt und erfolgt eine chirurgische Intervention, kann dies den klinischen Befund weiter verschlechtern.
