Weder einheitlich noch exklusiv sind die Tatmotive bei Tötungsdelikten im sexuellen Kontext. Aufgabe der forensischen Psychiatrie ist in all diesen Fällen die genaue Tatanalyse, also die Erforschung der möglichen Motive und der Persönlichkeitsstruktur des Täters. Schließlich geht es auch um die Beurteilung des Rückfallrisikos.
