Ein 46-jähriger Patient stellte sich mit wiederholtem Nasenbluten rechts vor. Bereits am Morgen hatte er für einige Minuten kräftig geblutet, dann erneut während der Gartenarbeit, beim Umgraben eines Beetes. Als die Blutung auch nach mehrfachem Abtupfen mit Taschentüchern nicht zum Stillstand kam, suchte der Patient eine nahegelegene Allgemeinarztpraxis auf.
