Zusammenfassung
Das Mammakarzinom ist der häufigste maligne Tumor der Frau weltweit. Aufgrund der hohen Patientinnenzahlen existiert eine Vielzahl von Studien, die die gesamte Diagnostik und Therapie der Erkrankung in viele Facetten gliedern und daher schwer zu überblicken sind. Aktuelle Aspekte beziehen sich vor allem auf die primäre Prävention der Erkrankung sowie die prognostischen und prädiktiven Parameter. Zudem existieren neue Empfehlungen für die operative, die adjuvante endokrine und zytostatische Therapie sowie die neo-adjuvante zytostatische Behandlung. Wir bringen Sie auf den neuesten Stand.
