Zusammenfassung

Linsentrübung, Makuladegeneration, grüner Star und Netzhautablösung sind die wesentlichen Ursachen für Sehstörungen alter Menschen. Die Krankheitsbilder zu erkennen ist wichtig, denn viele können wirksam behandelt oder zumindest aufgehalten werden.
