Praxisfall schwere Hypertonie

A 93 year old patient with hypertensive crises and renal failure due to bilateral renal artery stenosis

Bei einer 93-jährigen Patientin mit bekannter arterieller Hypertonie waren unter vorbestehender häuslicher Medikation mit Carvedilol (50 mg/Tag) und Ramipril (5 mg/Tag) erhöhte Blutdruckwerte von über 200 mmHg systolisch in der Eigenmessung an mehreren Tagen aufgetreten. Die Patientin stellte sich aus diesem Grund beim Hausarzt vor.
