Ein 47-jähriger Diplom-Ingenieur, der seit über 20 Jahren in der Produktentwicklung tätig ist, stellt sich in der Sprechstunde vor. Er berichtet, dass er seit Jahren einen wachsenden Druck am Arbeitsplatz verspürt und sich deswegen zunehmend erschöpft, teilnahmslos und gleichgültig erlebt. Er habe eine gedrückte Stimmung, seine Interessen hätten deutlich nachgelassen, der Antrieb sei erheblich vermindert und er könne keine Freude mehr empfinden.
