Eine Harninkontinenz — egal welcher Ursache — ist für die Betroffenen immer sehr peinlich und wirkt sich somit gravierend auf ihre Lebensqualität aus. Lesen Sie im nachfolgenden Beitrag, wann ein konservativer Therapieversuch, z. B. Beckenbodentraining, Erfolg verspricht, wann Medikamente helfen und welche neueren operativen Verfahren, z. B. Mini-Schlingen, empfehlenswert sind.
