Frauen im Alter über 55 Jahre mit Prolaps-Symptomen profitieren von einer Stärkung der Beckenbodenmuskulatur. In einer Studie wirkte sich ein systematisches Training bei mehr als der Hälfte der Teilnehmerinnen positiv aus.
