Viele Leitlinien empfehlen noch immer Paracetamol als Therapie der ersten Wahl bei Patienten mit Rücken- und Arthroseschmerzen. Eine weitere Metaanalyse zeigt nun, dass das Mittel hier weitestgehend wirkungslos ist.
