16 Monate nach auswärtiger vorderer Kreuzbandersatzplastik stellte sich ein 26-jähriger Patient wegen persistierender Schmerzen und Bewegungseinschränkung trotz Physiotherapie vor. Bei der Untersuchung, u. a. mit einer Magnetresonanztomografie, zeigte sich eine ausgedehnte Chondrolyse mit rapidem Progress. Wie war es dazu gekommen?
