Es besteht keine einheitliche Datenlage zur Wirkung von Diätsalzen auf den Blutdruck. Eine aktuelle Metaanalyse zeigt, dass Kochsalzersatzmittel sowohl den systolischen als auch den diastolischen Blutdruck senken.
