COPD-Patienten haben grundsätzlich ein stark erhöhtes Risiko für Lungenkarzinome. Nun wurde ein Score entwickelt, um besonders Gefährdete zu identifizieren. Ein Prädiktor erwies sich dabei als besonders stark.
