Doch ein Schlaganfall war es nicht!

Als bei einem 56-jährigen Patienten plötzlich eine linksseitige komplette Hemiparese auftrat, sprach zunächst alles für einen Schlaganfall. Die Computertomografie ergab jedoch einen unerwarteten Befund. Und nun erinnerte sich der Patient, dass bei ihm fünf Jahre zuvor ein Hauttumor am Rücken entfernt worden war.
