Braucht Ihr Patient Glukokortikoide, sollten Sie unbedingt seine Blutzuckerwerte im Blick behalten. Verschlechtert sich seine Glukosestoffwechsellage, müssen Sie aber auf die Gabe der Glukokortikoide nicht verzichten. Vielmehr muss die Diabetestherapie angepasst werden. Wie Sie dabei im Einzelfall vorgehen sollten, erläutert der Autor des nachfolgenden Beitrags.
