Mit dem Alter steigt das Sturzrisiko, doch viele Patienten sind sich dessen gar nicht bewusst. Deshalb sollten Sie Ihre älteren Patienten mindestens einmal im Jahr darauf ansprechen und bei Risikofaktoren die Teilnahme an einem Sturzpräventions-Programm anregen. Diese lassen sich in Kooperation mit speziellen Trainern auch in der Hausarztpraxis realisieren.
