HIV-Patient mit paranoidem Syndrom

Wahnhafte Symptome führten zur Einweisung eines 52 Jahre alten Patienten mit bekannter HIV-Infektion in die psychiatrische Klinik. Eine alleinige antipsychotische Therapie blieb wirkungslos. Unter Hinzuziehung der infektiologischen Kollegen gelang jedoch eine kausale Therapie.
