HIV-Infizierte haben nicht nur mit der Krankheit selbst zu kämpfen, sondern leiden zudem unter gesellschaftlicher Stigmatisierung. Doch was steht eigentlich hinter diesem Begriff? Stigmatisierung ist nicht gleichbedeutend mit Diskriminierung. Aktuell werden Grundlagen für eine bessere Erforschung des Phänomens gelegt.
