Die Indikation zur Behandlung asymptomatischer intrakranieller Aneurysmen ist bislang überwiegend an der Aneurysmagröße orientiert. Dass diese eindimensionale Betrachtungsweise nicht allein zielführend ist, ist eigentlich allen an der Behandlung Beteiligten klar.
