Der Allgemeinzustand einer rüstigen 88-jährigen Pflegeheimbewohnerin (Pflegestufe 1), selbstständig rollatormobil und kognitiv intakt, hat sich deutlich verschlechtert. Sie erkennt ihre Pflegepersonen nicht mehr, wirkt apathisch und desorientiert, muss „gefüttert“ werden, lehnt Trinken meist ab und ist neu inkontinent. Der Urin riecht stark und wirkt konzentriert.
