Proktologische Erkrankungen können dem niedergelassenen Arzt immer wieder in seiner Sprechstunde begegnen. Allerdings berichten viele Patienten oft nur sehr zögerlich von ihren Beschwerden. Durch eine gezielte Befragung lassen sich oft schon wichtige Hinweise auf die mögliche Ursache der Symptome gewinnen.
