Bei Patienten mit akutem ischämischen Schlaganfall reduziert eine Blutdrucksenkung mit Antihypertensiva weder die Sterblichkeit noch die Rate schwerer Behinderungen nach zwei Wochen bzw. bei Krankenhausentlassung.
