Bei TIA und leichtem Schlaganfall verhindert die Kombination aus Acetylsalicylsäure (ASS) und Clopidogrel das Schlaganfall-Risiko in den ersten 90 Tagen nach dem Ereignis ausgeprägter als eine ASS-Monotherapie, ohne das Blutungsrisiko zu erhöhen.
