Eine 24-jährige Tierarzthelferin wurde von einer Katze in die rechte Hand gebissen. Der rechte Zeigefinger zeigt Bissspuren um das Mittelgelenk herum. Bereits nach zwei Stunden ist der gesamte rechte Zeigefinger geschwollen, gerötet und druckschmerzhaft. Das Mittelgelenk kann nicht mehr vollständig gestreckt werden. Rötung und Druckschmerzhaftigkeit breiten sich bis in die Hohlhand aus.
