Beim Crus valgum congenitum handelt es sich um eine seltene Missbildung des Unterschenkels mit posteromedialer Angulation. Zu Ätiologie und Pathogenese ist bis jetzt nichts bekannt. Angenommen wird ein Entwicklungsfehler in der Embryonalphase. In den meisten Fällen kann rein konservativ mit Krankengymnastik und Gipsschienenbehandlung bzw. Orthesenversorgung behandelt werden.
