Eine Therapie bei ersten MS-typischen Läsionen im MRT könnte eine MS verhindern. Dafür spricht zwar viel, bewiesen ist das aber nicht. Manche Neurologen plädieren dennoch für eine Behandlung, andere sind derzeit noch strikt dagegen.
