Zusammenfassung
Der Donnerschlagkopfschmerz fasst verschiedene Kopfschmerzätiologien zusammen, die alle durch einen plötzlichen sehr starken Kopfschmerz gekennzeichnet sind. Auch bei klinischen Hinweisen auf den Auslöser kann meist nur eine weiterführende Diagnostik und Bildgebung die Ursache klären, die dem Donnerschlagkopfschmerz zugrunde liegt.
