Abstract

In the present study, by employment of a bifunctional ligand triazol-nicotinic acid (HL), two new transition metal coordination polymers [Zn2(L)3(H2O)(OH)]n (1) and [Cu(L)2(H2O)2]n (2) were successfully prepared through the HL ligand reacting with corresponding metal salts under the hydrothermal conditions. The application values of the compound on the lung cancer brain metastasis were assessed, and the related mechanism was studied as well. First of all, the Cell Counting Kit-8 detection was employed to evaluate inhibitory effect on the cancer cell activity. Next, the trans-well assays were conducted to measure the changes of invasion and migration ability of the lung cancer cells after the compound exposure.
