Struma ovarii in breast cancer

Abstract

We described a case of benign struma ovarii associated to bilateral mature cystic ovarian teratoma in an asymptomatic post-menopausal woman with breast cancer. The patient synchronously underwent surgical treatment of breast and ovarian tumors.
