In this article the following typographical mistakes are corrected:

• 1. Corollary 1.3 in page 3, line 3 from the bottom “$A^{-1}$, $(\overline{A} )^{ - 1}$” should be replaced by “$(A^{ - 1} )^{t} ,\,((\overline{A} )^{ - 1} )^{t}$”.

• 2. Corollary 1.4 in page 4, line 6 from the above, “$A^{-1}$, $(\overline{A} )^{ - 1}$” should be replaced by “$(A^{ - 1} )^{t} ,\,((\overline{A} )^{ - 1} )^{t}$”.

• 3. On page 9, line 12 from the above, “=” at the end of this line shold be replaced with “.”.

• 4. On page 17, line 11 from the bottom, “Case 2. A is not a...” should be moved to the next line
