Abstract
Perovskite white emission has been extensively attracted because of its high photoluminescence quantum yield (PLQY) and narrow emission. In this study, we achieved a new hybrid pink device of perovskite red QD (PRQD) and organic blue emitter (OBE) which have different emission mechanisms in bilayered LED devices. Perovskite red QD and OBE showed photoluminescence (PL) peak of 662 nm and 465 nm in each layer state, respectively, and it also exhibited 659 nm and 463 nm of PL peaks in bilayer film state. In case of electroluminescence (EL) devices including double emitting layers, it has ELmax values of 660 nm and 462 nm which are corresponding to PL peaks. As a result of bilayer device, it has pink emission, CIE coordinate of (0.331, 0.204) which cannot be provided by a single emitter.
