Abstract
Model of activity of technical committee on standardization with established management from national body for standardization for the purposes of consensus convergence in less number of reconciliation steps is described. The model is based on regular Markov chains. It is shown that establishment of national body for standardization control for the purposes of reduction of reconciliation step number leads to replacement of some technical committee members.
