Es setzt sich aus drei Faktoren zusammen: Aus den Erreichbarkeiten von Aktivitätsoptionen, den Fähigkeiten zur Bewegung sowie einer Interpretation der Möglichkeiten, die sich aus Erreichbarkeiten und Fähigkeiten ergeben.
