Abstract

In this work, the shell model calculation is carried out using the large-basis of four shells (1s, 1p, 1d–2s, 1f–2p) with (0 + 2)h ω truncation which is enough convergence for these states. The core polarization calculations are included through the Tessie model using the Nushell code. The elastic and inelastic form factors and energy levels are calculated for the low-lying excited state of the 6Li nucleus. The large-basis calculations for the even parity energy level and multipolar form factor are in agreement to the experimental results.
