Prävention und Behandlung von hypertrophen Narben und Keloiden

Leitliniengerechte Narbentherapie mit Silikongel

Insbesondere bei tieferen Hautläsionen durch Unfälle, Operationswunden oder Verbrennungen bleiben sichtbare Narben zurück. Auffällig sind dabei hypertrophe Narben und Keloide. Zu deren Prävention und Behandlung können topische Narbentherapeutika eingesetzt werden. Neben den Narbentopika auf Silikonbasis haben sich seit langer Zeit auch Präparate mit Zwiebelextrakt bewährt. Wie sieht nun die Therapie unter Berücksichtigung der deutschen und der internationalen Leitlinie aus?
