Ein 21-jähriger Patient stellt sich mit seit 10 Tagen bestehendem Juckreiz und suspekten Hautveränderungen am ganzen Körper vor. Er klagt auch über schmerzhafte Läsionen im Mund und Genitalbereich. Die Nahrungsaufnahme sei nur unter zunehmenden Schmerzen möglich. Was steckt dahinter?
