Bei der Früherkennungsuntersuchung auf Hautkrebs kann die Auflichtmikroskopie zum Einsatz kommen. Wünscht der Kassenpatient die Dermatoskopie, muss er sie als IGeL bezahlen. Doch es gibt eine Ausnahme.
