Wer bereits ein- oder mehrmals an schwarzem Hautkrebs erkrankt war, hat ein deutlich erhöhtes Risiko für ein erneutes primäres Melanom. Das gilt vor allem bei Ersterkrankung unter 40. Forscher sehen die Ursache mehr in der Sonnenexposition als in den Genen.
