Für einen dauerhaften Behandlungserfolg der primären Hyperhidrosis axillaris (PHA) gilt die laserassistierte axilläre Saugkürettage als Goldstandard. Die Schweißdrüsenthermolyse durch Mikrowellen scheint eine wirksame nicht operative Alternative für eine dauerhafte Verbesserung der PHA zu sein.
