Zusammenfassung

Neben der kosmetischen Beeinträchtigung führen Keloide häufig zu Pruritus, Schmerzen, Bewegungseinschränkungen und Verminderung der Lebensqualität. Zur Narbenbehandlung haben sich in der ästhetischen Dermatologie zunehmend Kombinationstherapien etabliert, die eine höhere Effektivität als Monotherapien aufweisen.
