Nachdem es im ersten Jahr mit der neuen GOZ noch relativ wenige Probleme mit den Kostenerstattern gab, steigt die Zahl der Kostenübernahmeverweigerungen seit 2013 kontinuierlich an. Besonders ärgerlich: Immer häufiger werden sie ohne Gründe verweigert. Wen wundert es da, dass die Argumentationen zwischen Zahnarzt und Patient immer heftiger werden? Muss das so sein?
