Nach einer Entscheidung des Bundessozialgerichtes (BSG) vom 04.03.2014 (Az. B 1 KR 6/13 R) haben Versicherte gegen ihre Krankenkasse, auch wenn sie Contergan-geschädigt sind, nur in eng geregelten Ausnahmefällen Anspruch auf eine Zahnimplantatversorgung.
