Zusammenfassung
Beim Vorliegen von bestimmten, patientenspezifischen Situationen kann eine Zahn-Implantat-getragene Restauration, Verbundbrücke, die Alternative zur rein implantatgetragenen Restauration oder zum herausnehmbaren Zahnersatz darstellen. Mithilfe der Verbundbrücke wird ein natürlicher Zahn mit einem osseointegrierten Implantat durch eine gemeinsame prothetische Restauration verbunden. In der aktuellen Literatur finden sich widersprüchliche Aussagen zu Einsatz und Bewährung von Verbundbrücken. Für einen Therapieerfolg müssen die jeweiligen anatomischen Verhältnisse, patientenspezifische Gründe und die Risikoanalyse der Restbezahnung berücksichtigt werden. Grundsätzlich sollte immer eine starre Verbundkonstruktion zwischen Zahn und Implantat verwendet werden. Die festsitzende Verbundbrücke erscheint bei richtiger Indikationsstellung somit als ein alternatives und auch wirtschaftlich interessantes Versorgungskonzept.
