Résumé

Le lymphome de Burkitt est un lymphome non Hodgkinien classé en trois sous types ; endémique, sporadique et associé à une infection par le virus d’immunodéficience humaine. Sa révélation maxillo-mandibulaire est relativement rare. Son diagnostic repose essentiellement sur la biopsie avec étude histologique. Le traitement fait appel à la polychimiothérapie et aux traitements adjuvants. Les auteurs rapportent un cas rare de lymphome de Burkitt sporadique à révélation maxillo-mandibulaire et précisent ses particularités épidémiologiques, diagnostiques, thérapeutiques et évolutives.

Abstract

Burkitt’s lymphoma is a non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma classified into three subtypes; endemic, sporadic and associated with infection by the human immunodeficiency virus. His maxillomandibular revelation is relatively rare. Its diagnosis is mainly based on biopsy histology. The treatment uses chemotherapy and adjuvant treatments. The authors report a rare case of sporadic Burkitt lymphoma maxillomandibular revelation and specify its epidemiological, diagnostic, therapeutic and scalable.
