Abstract

The following article attempts to summarize the important elements that were highlighted during the last congress of the International Academy of Advanced Interdisciplinary Dentistry. The meeting objectives were to propose answers to the following practical questions: why change the maximal intercuspation (mICP) of a patient? Where should a new mICP be constructed? When should invasive treatment be used?
