Die geistige Leistungsfähigkeit wird von zahlreichen Faktoren, unter anderem der Ernährung beeinflusst. Eine häufig gestellt Frage in diesem Zusammenhang ist beispielsweise, ob die Aufnahme von Lecithin die Gedächtnisleistung erhalten bzw. sogar steigern und Konzentrationsschwierigkeiten entgegenwirken kann.
