Het volume van het zorgvastgoed zal de komende jaren verdubbelen tot in totaal bijna tachtig miljoen vierkante meter. Dat meldt Binnenlands Bestuur op basis van een nog vertrouwelijk onderzoek verricht door het Economisch Instituut voor de Bouw (EIB) in opdracht van Bouwend Nederland.
