De BoZ (Brancheorganisaties Zorg) is bezorgd over het gebrek aan meerwaarde van de zorgspecifieke fusietoets en de onnodige stijging van de kosten die deze met zich meebrengt. De BoZ zegt zich gesteund te voelen door het advies van de Raad van State.
