De Nederlandse Mededingingsautoriteit (NMa) legt zich neer bij het vonnis van de rechtbank in Rotterdam waarin deze de boetes tegen vijf thuiszorgorganisaties als onrechtmatig bestempeld. De NMa geeft binnenkort een gemotiveerde uitleg waarom ze niet in hoger beroep gaat.
